★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo richiesto intervento per una porta automatica in data 18 luglio, in quanto la porta mostrava problemi in apertura e chiusura, riconosco che l'intervento è stato tempestivo, non ci sono altre note positive.
1° i costi accessori della fattura hanno un prezzo 4 volte il valore del pezzo cambiato, ma su questo potrei anche soprassedere.
2° la porta dopo 5 giorno non funziona più!
3° essendo sabato siamo costretti ad aspettare fino a lunedi per contattare l'azienda.
non aggiungo ulteriori commenti.
We requested intervention for an automatic door on 18 July, as the door showed problems in opening and closing, I recognize that the intervention was timely, there are no other positive notes.
1st the invoice incidental costs are priced 4 times the changed value of the piece, but this could also be omitted.
2nd the door does not work after 5 days!
3rd being Saturday we are forced to wait until Monday to contact the company.
