★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosimo gentilissimo al telefono, mi invita a vedere e provare un'auto gia' opzionata da un altro cliente e mi dice che magari mi potra' piacere anche qualche altra auto.
All'arrivo trovo l'auto in oggetto con alcuni particolari interni smontati ed il socio mi accoglie in malo modo senza propormi nessuna alternativa.
Per fortuna la provincia pullula di tanti altri concessionari che sanno cosa significhi trattare bene i clienti.
Per mio conto, pessima esperienza.
 Cosimo very kind on the phone, he invites me to see and try a car already optioned by another customer and tells me that maybe I will also like some other cars.
Upon arrival I find the car in question with some internal details removed and the partner greets me in a bad way without offering me any alternative.
Fortunately, the province is teeming with many other dealers who know what it means to treat customers well.
For my part, very bad experience.

Il Signore all'interno ha preso 4 informazioni veloci su quello che volevamo e poi ci ha detto che ci avrebbe mandato una mail per i preventivi. Io quella mail non l'ho mai vista e nel frattempo ho comprato l'auto in un altro posto.
We went a while ago to get a quote for a car. The gentleman inside took 4 quick information on what we wanted and then told us he would email us for quotes. I've never seen that email and in the meantime I bought the car in another place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ford Fiesta spacciata come auto a benzina in realtà era un diesel con 6 precedenti proprietari e con guarnizioni spaccate e umidità nell'abitacolo.
Caro Cosimo hai voglia a fare il simpatico al telefono se poi rifilate certei bidoni!!!???
Ford Fiesta passed off as a petrol car in reality it was a diesel with 6 previous owners and with cracked gaskets and humidity in the cabin.
Dear Cosimo you want to be nice on the phone if you then trim certain bins !!! ???
