★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mancanza di professionalità: il signore ha svolto il lavaggio pre-spazzole chiacchierando con un altro signore e quindi distraendosi, quindi superficialmente. Ad una nostra obiezione che il tetto non era pulito, anche dopo le spazzole, ci é stato risposto che la colpa era nostra che non lavavamo la macchina troppo spesso. Non aggiungo altro.
Molto professionale invece il personale che si é occupato della pulizia degli interni.
Lack of professionalism: the gentleman carried out the pre-brush washing by chatting with another gentleman and therefore distracting himself, therefore superficially. To our objection that the roof was not clean, even after the brushes, we were told that it was our fault that we did not wash the car too often. I do not add anything else.
On the other hand, the staff who took care of the interior cleaning were very professional.
