β β β β β Devo aime fare una recensione negativa di quest attivita. Chiediamo un preventivo di spesa chiedendo quanto venga a costare la fornitura di nΒ°4 bancali di legna a Pala di Scorcetoli Comune di Filattiera provincia di Massa e chiedendo altresΓ¬ che tipo di legna avessero a disposizione. La risposta Γ¨ stata non facciamo consegne nella sua zona le verrebbe a costare troppo di trasporto....Apparte che non sanno il mio budget di spesa e comunque sia per noi sarebbe stata facile da sistemare essendo giΓ fornita in bancali tenete presente che abitando in una nuova casa Γ¨ con tantissimo spazio fuori coperto era semplice posizionare stoi ipotetici bancali. La cosa che a nostro avviso Γ¨ scorretta Γ¨ che nel loro sito decantato la consegna in tutta la provincia di Massa..La distanza dalla nostra abitazione al loro deposito e di 39km non dico altro ....La legna l abbiamo trovata cmq e di buonissima qualitΓ ma sinceramente sconsiglio la fornitura da parte di questi signori che fanno i conti in tasca alle persone e che pubblicizzano un servizio non veritiero.
Rispondiamo dicendo che fate consegne nel raggio di 10km oltre si deve aggiungere 1.5 A km ok ci sta ma al bancale quanto costa? Ossia apparte i kilometri abbiamo chiesto questo se poi voi ci fate 20 volte e meglio per voi o no?
Cmq cambiate la descrizione che date sul vostro sito da nessuna parte ce scritto che oltre i 10 km il cliente deve sborsare 1.5 euro a kilometro in piΓΉ. Saluti.
I must also give a negative review of this activity. The answer was we do not deliver in your area it would cost you too much transport .... Apart from that they do not know my spending budget and in any case it would have been easy for us to arrange as it is already supplied on pallets keep in mind that living in a new house is with a lot of covered space outside it was easy to place these hypothetical pallets. The thing that in our opinion is incorrect is that in their site praised the delivery in the whole province of Massa .. The distance from our home to their warehouse is 39km I don't say anything else .... We found the wood anyway and of very good quality but I sincerely do not recommend the supply by these gentlemen who do the accounts in people's pockets and who advertise an untrue service.
We reply by saying that you make deliveries within 10km over you must add 1.5 A km ok there is but how much does it cost to the pallet? That is, apart from the kilometers we asked this if you do 20 times and better for you or not?
Anyway, change the description you give on your site nowhere and it says that over 10 km the customer has to pay 1.5 euros per kilometer more. Greetings.
