e	enrico pasqualetto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato all autolavaggio con operatore e ho chiesto se si poteva pagare col bancomat, mi è stato risposto che si può pagare col bancomat solo con programma lavaggio più costoso quello da 15 euro,in quanto c'è anche quello da 7 euro e altri.. Quindi me ne sono andato.. Poi una curiosità, sono andato altre volte e vorrei chiedere al gestore come sono regolamentati gli scontrini fiscali a fine lavaggio...... S	Simone Doc. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno da poco cambiato gestione, credo, o hanno cambiato modo e apparecchiature per gestire l'autolavaggio. La parte automatica è valida e più o meno uguale. La parte manuale è diversa. Prima avevano gettoni per ogni programma e un gettone durava abbastanza per passare la lancia sulla macchina, ora hanno una scheda che scala soldi in base al tempo che rimani a usare ogni programma. Rischi di non avere credito sufficiente per lavare la macchina. Prima riuscivi a regolarti in base alla durata, ora non più. È molto scomodo come sistema. In più ho inizialmente ricaricato la scheda di soli 5 euro e me ne sono ritrovati solo 3 di credito. Serviva una ricarica da 10€ iniziale per non farti scalare i 2€ della chiavetta. I 2€ sono di cauzione ma un po' mi ha dato fastidio perché non è molto giusto. Questo particolare c'era scritto nel pannello frontale, ma non lo avevo letto tutto ma mi ha dato fastidio lo stesso. Per lo meno hanno migliorato le pompe di aspirazione visto che le precedenti spesso non avevano potenza per aspirare. Comunque funziona a tempo anche l'aspirazione e se hai più credito nella chiavetta e non ti sbrighi ti ciuccia tutto il credito e aspirare gli interni di un'auto essendo legati al tempo è molto brutto. Era molto meglio prima che quando finiva il tempo del gettone si bloccava e non dovevi correre da un lato all'altro della macchina. Prima era il mio preferito per i vari motivi che ho elencato, adesso se la gioca con gli altri della zona. La tessera e comoda perché evita di dover sempre avere monete a portata o stare li a ricaricare bla macchinetta. Bastava un normalissimo panno umido e 2 minuti di attenzione. Extremely available. Le 'critiche' (non le vedo come tali, ma osservazioni di miglioramento) sono tutte riportate nel mio commento originale: i box di lavaggio self-service/manuale andrebbero manutentati. La pistola del box centrale é rotta da mesi. Oltre a perdere acqua perché avviata male, il selettore della schiuma non funziona. Se devo spendere soldi per lavare l'auto solo con acqua ad alta pressione, é una spesa inutile. In momenti in cui non c'è nessuno, si fa retromarcia e si cambia box, ma se c'è gente, no. Anche la pistola del box di sinistra, prima di Natale 2021 (non so adesso), aveva problemi. L'unico perfettamente funzionante e che non mi ha mai dato problemi é il box di destra. É anni che vengo da voi, quindi va anche contro il mio interesse non venire più. Ripeto, non si tratta di critiche, ma di osservazioni che spero portino a miglioramenti. Grazie ancora per la risposta, lo apprezzo. COMMENTO ORIGINALE 29/01/2022: Sul lavaggio automatico non mi esprimo, perché lo uso molto poco, ma i box per il lavaggio "manuale" sono una cosa disastrosa ? se ci fossero solo quello darei 1 stalla: l'ho usato spesso, e non vedo miglioramenti dopo l'aggiornamento di poco più di un anno fa. Per carità, una grande fetta di colpa la hanno i geni che usano, spaccano e se ne vanno, ma così non va. ❌ Il box centrale ha la pistola erogatrice che funziona malissimo, il selettore non va ed é avviata male. Oltre a non permettere di lavare con la schiuma, ci si lava, ed é così da mesi! Quello si sinistra va un po' meglio.. l'unico decente é quello destra. Quando non c'è nessuno, é possibile cambiare box, ma nei momenti di maggiore affollamento, o te ne vai, o te ne vai. Intanto hai inserito la tessera, selezionato il lavaggio ed i primi soldi sono stati scalati.. E non é un discorso di soldi, ma se offrite un servizio, é bene garantirlo. Una pistola del genere quanto può costare? E se dovesse romperla qualche utente, non avete un'assicurazione che viene incontro? É l'unico in zona, ma se questi sono i presupposti, lavo l'auto a casa con la canna dell'acqua, tanto il risultato é lo stesso. EDIT 30/01/2022: I thank the managers for the answer.
