One of the few car washes that uses quality products, the car wash lasts for weeks and the finishing with polish makes the difference in the shine.
S	Simone Chizzali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi! Hanno rotto il tergicristallo posteriore durante il lavaggio dicendomi che il danno era causato da un difetto del BMW. Non hanno dimostrato la benché minima intenzione di risarcire via assicurazione o di tasca loro e mi hanno anche fatto pagare il lavaggio. Non ho mai più pensato di lavare la macchina in un posto del genere. Bad! They broke the rear windshield wiper during washing telling me the damage was caused by a BMW defect. They have not shown the slightest intention of compensating through insurance or out of their own pocket and have even made me pay for the wash. I never thought about washing my car in such a place again.
A	Alessandro Zoldan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuto in questo autolavaggio due volte: la prima volta per pulizia esterna + interna + lucido gomme e trattamento fanali mi sono stati chiesti 50 EURO, CINQUANTA EURO! I ragazzi hanno spinto veramente tanto a livello "commerciale" per aggiungere gli extra di lavaggio, insistenti quasi a livello imbarazzante e mi sono trovato un po' spiazzato pur avendo detto più volte che non serviva trattare anche i fanali. Lavaggio ok ma niente di eccezionale, nella norma. La seconda volta sono andato in modalità self service, la macchinetta che eroga i gettoni mi ha fregato 10€ senza darmi alcun gettone. Sono andato via. Andrò dalla concorrenza che magari non sarà italiana o non sarà locale e "conosciuta a Ponznao", ma almeno non è insistente e non mi ciava i schei. MAI PIU! I came to this car wash twice: the first time for external + internal cleaning + tire polish and headlight treatment I was asked for 50 EUROS, FIFTY EUROS! The guys pushed really hard on a "commercial" level to add the washing extras, insistent almost embarrassing and I found myself a bit off guard despite having said several times that it was not necessary to treat the headlights as well. Washing ok but nothing exceptional, normal. The second time I went to self service mode, the machine that distributes the tokens stole € 10 from me without giving me any tokens. I went away. I will go to the competition which may not be Italian or local and "known in Ponznao", but at least it is not insistent and did not ciava the schei. NEVER AGAIN!
