Una volta ritirata mi sono subito accorta che era molto rumorosa e con alcuni problemini, il più grave era un cuscinetto di una ruota rotto e inoltre da libretti non faceva tagliandi da 2 anni e 30mila km: scusa del rivenditore è stata che il proprietario precedente li aveva fatti in nero - e quindi non erano segnati- e non più di 4-5mila km prima, ma per lui l'auto era a posto. Per mia sicurezza ho portato l'auto a tagliandare a mie spese (contributo del rivenditore è statto di 100€ per il cambio del cuscinetto) da un officina autorizzata e i filtri erano sporchissimi e l'olio vecchio!! L'auto non vedeva davvero tagliandi da 2 anni, altro che fatti in nero! Una volta tagliandata e aggiustata ha cambiato rumore, ora canta! Assicuratevi di quello che vi vende e possibilmente fate un giro di prova! Puoi!.. per la visita della macchina ci voluto solo alcuni minuti: Rivernicata in un modo.. dicamo. fatto da un cretino dopo alcuni bicciere di vino. Guarnzioni venicate. Alcuni parte fatto al penello. Bolle di ruggine dapertutto Ovviamente loro hanno provato di fregarmi. L´unica cosa che loro hanno fatto/detto dopo ho chiesto di spiegarmi la descrizione fatto da loro su autoscout24 e alzare le spalle e "Cosa ha pensato, e una vecchia macchina" Cosi ho fatto 1370 km per niente! Ho acquistato una 500L del 2015, nel pieno periodo pandemico covid. Il proprietario signor Mario "persona di altri tempi", disponibile, mai infastidito ai miei 1000 quesiti...durante la contrattazione mi ha inviato le foto, copia dei tagliandi e documenti..l'auto perfetta e corrisponde in modo fedele all'annuncio..stipuliamo. Il contratto per scambio di email e dopo un giorno faccio il bonifico...Nel frattempo in pieno chiusura covid, il signor Fabio collaboratore del signor Mario, trasferisce l'auto presso il centro che l'avrebbe trasportata a Palermo. Piena disponibilità, foto fatte ed inviate durante la consegna al trasportatore Macingo..... Il bonifico inviato Mercoledì, Giovedì passaggio di proprietà fatto da Autogiolli ed auto consegnata al trasportatore, Sabato pomeriggio mi hanno consegnata l'auto..... Esprimo la mia gratitudine per la disponibilità manifestata che è andata oltre il rapporto lavorativo tra acquirente e commerciante, costruendo un rapporto fiduciario. Complimenti.
