★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli è stata portata una Opel Astra con liquido di raffreddamento blu. Mi fa pagare 20€ sostenendo che ne mancava e ora il mio liquido è viola!!!
Quando torno per spiegazioni mi spiega che ne ha aggiunto solo mezzo litro (mezzo litro = 20€?).
Passo dalla Opel e mi rassicurano che il blu e il rosa si possono mischiare. Resta il prezzo folle.
He was brought an Opel Astra with blue coolant. He charges me 20 € claiming that it was missing and now my liquid is purple !!!
When I come back for explanations he explains to me that he only added half a liter (half a liter = 20 € ?).
I pass by the Opel and they reassure me that blue and pink can be mixed. The crazy price remains.

Fortunatamente si è trattato di un problema da poco, ma il signore è stato veramente molto disponibile, professionale ed onestissimo! During the trip for a weekend by the sea, on the motorway, the camper reports an engine problem.
