A	Alberto Gravagno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leggendo le buone recensioni, mi sono recato presso questa officina per eseguire il tagliando e la revisione dell'auto. All'atto di ritirare la macchina, controllo il chilometraggio rilevato durante la revisione e mi accorgo che i chilometri rilevati sono 10.000 in più' rispetto a quelli riportati sul conta chilometri del mezzo; segnalo subito il problema e mi reco presso l'officina dove è stata fatta la revisione (si appoggiano ad un'altra officina per le revisioni). Ovviamente si è trattato di un errore di lettura, può capitare, e mi viene detto che è possibile modificare il dato ma la persona incaricata non è presente. Mi viene chiesto di ritornare l'indomani. Morale della favola: dopo essermi recato 3 volte (si, sono dovuto andare 3 volte) in officina per "intercettare" il tizio incaricato, mi viene detto che non è possibile modificare i chilometri indicati. Inoltre c'è da dire che ho pagato poco più' di 350€, conto che ritengo abbastanza salato per un normale tagliando ed una revisione; per fare un esempio, ho pagato le sole pasticche dei freni posteriori 57€ + iva. Per quanto mi riguarda l'esperienza è stata pessima: oltre al conto che ritengo salato, ho subito un danno rilevante. Semmai dovessi decidere di vendere la macchina nel prossimo futuro, potrei essere accusato di truffa. Dopo aver pagato più' di 350€ ed aver avuto questo problema mi sarei aspettato che qualcuno dell'officina si facesse sentire, almeno per sapere se fosse tutto risolto. Mai più' in questa officina. As far as I am concerned, the experience was bad: in addition to the account that I consider salty, I suffered significant damage. If I ever decide to sell the car in the near future, I may be accused of scam. After paying more than € 350 and having this problem, I would have expected someone from the workshop to make themselves heard, at least to know if everything was solved. Sono dovuto andare da loro un paio di volte per questioni di elettrauto e oltre a fare un occhio gratis per fare un diagnostico al volo hanno fatto le riparazioni velocemente e senza caricare la mano sul prezzo. Officina di fiducia nel quartiere... Kind, professional and very prepared.
