I add myself to all the negative reviews of this and other sites. I won't dwell on it, it would be a copy and paste of the reviews of Mrs. POLIDORI, Mr. Barra and Mr. Longello that you find under this review. DO NOT LEAVE THE CAR TO REPAIR if you are not a local and if they recover you with the wrecker!
B	Bert Diemen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goed geregeld daar. We kregen een prachtige vervangende auto, maar moesten wel zelf alle knopjes en opties ontdekken. Maar daarna genieten! Well arranged there. We got a beautiful replacement car, but we had to discover all the buttons and options ourselves. But then enjoy!

Mi ha risolto il problema nel giro di poche ore nonostante fossimo in pieno agosto e con continue richieste di soccorso. L	Lorenzo Mangifesta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ESPERIENZA DISASTROSA! EVITATE COME LA PESTE DI LASCIARGLI LA MACCHINA SE VENGONO A RECUPERARVI CON IL CARROATTREZZI!! Un venerdì, mentre ero di passaggio a Riccione la mia macchina si è fermata dato che l'acceleratore andava a vuoto quando schiacciato. Tramite assicurazione mi è stata fornita assistenza del carroattrezzi dell'officina Marchi. Quando è arrivato mi è stato detto che oltre al deposito avevano anche l'officina e che lunedi mi avrebbero controllato la macchina e fatto il preventivo. Fatto sta che pur sollecitandoli ogni giorno, mercoledi sera il preventivo non era ancora pronto, quindi ho comunicato l'intenzione di farla riparare in un'altra officina. Nel giro di venti minuti vengo richiamato e mi viene detto che il preventivo è di 729€ più IVA, cioè quasi 900€ per un iniettore da sostituire! Quasi il triplo rispetto ai prezzi di mercato!! Al che confermo il fatto di non volerla fare riparare da loro e comunico un'altra officina dove portarla. Il giorno dopo mi viene detto che se avessi voluto far spostare la macchina in un'altra officina (servizio incluso nella mia assicurazione) avrei dovuto prima pagare 135€ per il preventivo che mi era stato fatto!! Prezzo decisamente spropositato per un preventivo di quel tipo!! Morale della storia: si approfittano del fatto che tu rimani a piedi e che non sei della zona per spillarti più soldi possibili, facendoti aspettare una settimana solo per il preventivo. EVITATE ANCHE SOLO DI CHIEDERE IL PREVENTIVO E PORTATE VIA LA MACCHINA IL PRIMA POSSIBILE!!! DISASTER EXPERIENCE! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE TO LEAVE THEM THE CAR IF THEY COME TO RECOVER YOU WITH THE CARRIAGE !! One Friday, while I was passing through Riccione, my car stopped because the accelerator was going to idle when pressed. Through insurance I was provided with assistance from the Wrecker of the Marchi workshop. When he arrived I was told that in addition to the depot they also had a workshop and that on Monday they would check my car and make an estimate. The fact is that although I requested them every day, on Wednesday evening the estimate was not yet ready, so I communicated my intention to have it repaired in another workshop. Within twenty minutes I am called back and I am told that the estimate is € 729 plus VAT, that is almost € 900 for an injector to be replaced! Almost triple the market prices !! To which I confirm the fact that I do not want to have it repaired by them and communicate another workshop where to take it. The next day I am told that if I wanted to have the car moved to another workshop (service included in my insurance) I would first have to pay 135 € for the quote that was given to me !! Definitely disproportionate price for a quote of that type !! Moral of the story: they take advantage of the fact that you stay on foot and that you are not in the area to get as much money as possible, making you wait a week just for the quote. ALSO AVOID ONLY ASKING FOR A QUOTE AND TAKE THE CAR AWAY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE !!!

Erano rimasti a piedi qualche settimana fa e avevano portato via la macchina con il carro attrezzi. Carini e cordiali.....giusto per fregarti. Hanno fatto pagare 650 euro per ripararla e poi hanno fatto il preventivo di 450 euro....quando mio padre ha chiamato per dire che avevano versato 250 euro in più si sono limitati a dire che nel preventivo era scritto 450 euro dopo che i miei avevano già pagato, purtroppo avevano pagato in contanti. NON CI ANDATE!!!!! Altrimenti sarete truffati. Cercano di avere la fiducia dei clienti per far sborsare più soldi del necessario. Schifo di persone. Approfittatori di gente onesta. If I could give 0 I would gladly do it, my parents were scammed. They had been left on foot a few weeks ago and had taken the car away with the tow truck. Cute and friendly ..... just to rip you off. They charged 650 euros to repair it and then they made the estimate of 450 euros .... when my father called to say that they had paid 250 euros more they just said that the estimate was written 450 euros after my parents they had already paid, unfortunately they had paid in cash. DO NOT GO THERE !!!!! Otherwise you will be scammed. They try to have the trust of customers to shell out more money than necessary. People suck. Profiters of honest people.
