R	Remo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A luglio 2019, mi sono recato dall elettrauto "Bosch Car Service Monsummano" in via Cairoli, perchè la batteria, decennale, della mia auto, tendeva a scaricarsi. Mi cambiarono la batteria ad un prezzo un pò elevato, giustificando il fatto che era di ottima qualità, in quanto "Bosch". Dopo qualche settimana, ci sono tornato, perchè la batteria "nuova", si era scaricata completamente, mi ricaricarono la batteria (a pagamento), dicendo che dipendeva da qualcosa che scaricava la batteria, colpevolizzando il mio devialuci, (asserendo che la batteria, non poteva essere difettosa), per cambiare l'interruttore, mi dissero che ci volevano diverse centinaia di euro, giustificando, tra l'altro, "mezza giornata" di lavoro per lo smontaggio/montaggio, asserendo che era irreparabile, in quanto impossibile da aprire. Pur non essendo esperto, ho smontato in meno di dieci minuti l'interruttore, l'ho portato da un mio amico, con l'hobby dell'elettronica, che ha aperto in pochi istanti, l'interruttore e con l'aiuto di uno spray, ha pulito dall'ossido l'interno, facendolo tornare come nuovo. La batteria continuava a scaricarsi e a giugno 2021, sono tornato per l'ultima volta, dall'elettrauto sopraindicato, ribadendogli il mio sospetto che la batteria fosse difettosa e che me l'avrebbero dovuta cambiare in garanzia; hanno asserito nuovamente, che non poteva dipendere dalla batteria, ma da qualche componente elettronico misterioso della mia auto. Intanto la garanzia della batteria è ufficialmente scaduta. Successivamente, ho acquistato, (per ovvi motivi, non da loro), una più economica e meno blasonata batteria, che non mi ha più dato problemi. In July 2019, I went to the "Bosch Car Service Monsummano" electrician in via Cairoli, because the ten-year battery of my car tended to run out. They changed my battery at a bit high price, justifying the fact that it was of excellent quality, as "Bosch". After a few weeks, I went back, because the "new" battery was completely discharged, they recharged the battery (for a fee), saying that it depended on something that discharged the battery, blaming my dimmer, (asserting that the battery, could not be faulty), to change the switch, they told me that it took several hundred euros, justifying, among other things, "half a day" of work for disassembly / assembly, asserting that it was irreparable, as it was impossible to to open. Although I am not an expert, I disassembled the switch in less than ten minutes, I took it to a friend of mine, with the hobby of electronics, who opened the switch in a few moments and with the help of one spray, cleaned the inside of the oxide, making it look like new again. The battery continued to drain and in June 2021, I returned for the last time, from the above-mentioned electrician, reiterating my suspicion that the battery was faulty and that they would have to change it under warranty; they asserted again, that it could not depend on the battery, but on some mysterious electronic component of my car. Meanwhile, the battery warranty has officially expired. Subsequently, I bought, (for obvious reasons, not from them), a cheaper and less noble battery, which no longer gave me problems.
