C	Claudio Giarrusso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eravamo sul luogo per vacanza e ci si sono accese 2 spie (olio e pompa motore) della nostra Citroen, quindi siamo stati obbligati a rivolgerci a un officina non di fiducia, abbiamo comunque optato per un officina Citroen. Abbiamo portato l'auto sabato mattina e ce l'hanno ridata martedi ore 12 nonostante avessimo richiesto più celerità per non perdere 2 giorni di lavoro. Ci hanno detto che il problema era la cinghia del motore e che il costo del pezzo si aggirava attorno a 130€. Abbiamo dato fiducia e non abbiamo chiesto un preventivo ufficiale visto cmq la situazione di gravità della cosa. Al ritiro ci hanno detto che hanno sostituito anche altre cose, che l'avevano pure pulita, che l'avrebbero pure lavata se non fosse piovuto. Nessuno di questi interventi era stato concordato con noi, quindi feedback negativo soprattutto per la scarsa comunicazione. Il preventivo finale è stato di 650€ ... e il giorno dopo ci si è riaccesa la spia della pompa motore. Ciò che ci è dispiaciuto di più, cmq, è l'impressione che non si sia fatto il possibile per venirci incontro almeno coi tempi di lavoro, che (da profani del mestiere) ci sono sembrati parecchio comodi. Oltre alla classica impressione di esser stati trattati come turisti di passaggio più che da clienti da rispettare. We were there for vacation and 2 warning lights came on (oil and engine pump) of our Citroen, so we were forced to contact a non-trusted workshop, however we opted for a Citroen workshop. We brought the car on Saturday morning and they gave it back to us on Tuesday at 12, despite having requested more speed in order not to lose 2 days of work. We were told that the problem was the engine belt and that the cost of the part was around 130 €. We have given confidence and we have not asked for an official quote given the seriousness of the matter. At the retreat we were told that they also replaced other things, that they had also cleaned it, that they would have also washed it if it hadn't rained. None of these interventions had been agreed with us, so negative feedback mainly due to poor communication. The final estimate was 650 € ... and the next day the engine pump light came on again. What we regretted most, cmq, is the impression that we have not done everything possible to meet us at least with the working times, which (as a layman in the trade) seemed quite comfortable. In addition to the classic impression of having been treated like passing tourists rather than customers to be respected.
