★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi non darei loro nemmeno una stella! Incompetenti, maleducati e disonesti!!! Il 10 agosto, nonché sabato mattina, son rimasta in panne con la macchina e mi hanno portata (purtroppo) in questa officina... da lì è iniziato il calvario... si era rotta la turbina e mi hanno presa in giro fino al 22 agosto, quando per grazia divina ho trovato un altro meccanico che mi ha sistemato la macchina permettendomi di ripartire il giorno dopo!!!! Se fosse stato per Germany Car sarei ancora a L’ Aquila ad attendere un lavoro pessimo... è dovuto partire mio padre da brescia con il pezzo di ricambio da montare, visto che loro me ne hanno montato uno che si è rotto facendo il giro del capannone... i prezzi di cui mi parlavano erano triplicati dai prezzi che si trovano dalle altre parti! Auguro a tutti di non trovarsi mai nella mia situazione con persone tanto cattive ed approfittatrici!
If I could I wouldn't even give them a star! Incompetent, rude and dishonest !!! On 10 August, as well as on Saturday morning, I was left with the car and they took me (unfortunately) to this workshop ... from there the ordeal started ... the turbine broke and they teased me until August 22, when by divine grace I found another mechanic who set up my car and allowed me to leave the next day !!!! If it had been for Germany Car I would still be in L 'Aquila waiting for a bad job ... my father had to leave from Brescia with the spare part to be assembled, given that they fitted me one that broke while going around of the shed ... the prices of which they spoke to me had tripled from the prices that are found from the other parts! I wish everyone never to be in my situation with such bad people and profiteers!

an Audi a 6 bought 7 months ago and returned to the workshop about 6 times. the only serious one and Nino the mechanic. There are other serious dealerships. Don't trust me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sulla strada per raggiungere Fonte Cerreto, l'auto dà segnali di surriscaldamento. Io e la mia ragazza veniamo indirizzati verso quest'officina, che riusciamo miracolosamente a raggiungere. Professionali, più che onesti, accoglienti e gentilissimi. Jerome e i suoi colleghi ci hanno letteralmente salvato la vacanza e ne siamo davvero grati. Un'officina che consiglierei a chiunque, l'unico difetto è che non si trova dove abito io!
On the way to reach Fonte Cerreto, the car gives signs of overheating. My girlfriend and I are directed to this workshop, which we miraculously achieve. Professional, more than honest, welcoming and very kind. Jerome and his colleagues literally saved our vacation and we are very grateful. A workshop that I would recommend to anyone, the only flaw is that you can't find where I live!
