Ho chiesto di fare la prima manutenzione e mi hanno fatto una manutenzione B cioè quella che si fa a 20000km e a due anni di vita mentre la mia macchina ha 8000 km è un anno di vita!!! Non aggiungo altro per non offendere! I will never set foot in there again! I asked to do the first maintenance and they made me a B maintenance that is what is done at 20000km and two years of life while my car has 8000 km is one year of life !!! I do not add anything else so as not to offend!

G	Gaetano Biuso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato per scrivere una stella per me non la merita mi spiego ho avuto un incidente mercoledì dopo aver chiamato diverse offlicine dicendo il problema ho parlato con la officina di cui si sta parlando quindi parlo con un operatore le spiego il danno è lui mi dice di andare lì con la vettura cosi avrebbero fatto la riparazione perché era urgente per motivi che io venerdì dovevo rientrare a Milano per lavoro allora chiamo un carratrezzo e mi faccio portare in officina arrivati lì entro le spiego il problema è li confermo il danno è cosa andava fatto li dico che se era successo ha Milano la potevo riparare io stesso perché me ne intendo di questi lavori ma non avevo attrezzi lui mi risponde senza neanche uscire ha controllare la vettura è il danno mi ha iniziato a dire che doveva cambiare tanti di quei ricambi che non sto a spiegare perché sono assurdi certo che le officine quando sentono che c'è di mezzo assicurazione che pagano fra un po ti fanno cambiare la macchina quindi per me sono da evitare questi Too bad to write a star for me I don't deserve it I mean I had an accident Wednesday after calling several lines saying the problem I talked to the workshop you're talking about so I'm talking to an operator I explain the damage and he tells me to go there with the car they would have done the repair because it was urgent for reasons that I had to go back to Milan for work on Friday, so I call a carriage and I get to the workshop arrived there by the time I explain the problem is I confirm the damage is what was done there I say that if it had happened Milan I could repair it myself because I know about these jobs but I had no tools he answers me without even going out he check the car is the damage he started telling me he had to change so many of those parts that he didn't I'm going to explain why they are absurd, certain that the workshops when they hear that there is half of the insurance they pay in a while make you change the car here For me these are to be avoided
A	Affieddu Maricedda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si sono comportati malissimo, abbiamo fatto la revisione e senza permesso si sono rischiati di cambiare dei pezzi facendoceli pagare dieci volte il loro prezzo (costano 20€ online della Bosch e sono il top, non sono neanche sicuro abbiano messo questi pezzi) pessima esperienza, non passerò neanche dalla strada da questo edificio. Dopo aver pagato l'intervento più di 350 euro per il cambio di un sensore abs (del valore di 20 euro) e della batteria, dopo poco meno di un anno si è ripresentato il medesimo problema. Ho riportato l'auto per avere delle spiegazioni ed effettuare un nuovo check visto che, a mio parere il problema non era stato risolto, e il titolare con totale menefreghismo mi ha liquidato dicendomi che dopo aver fatto una prova l'auto non aveva nessun problema; non si sono degnati di fare diagnosi ma solo una semplice prova su strada. Ovviamente il problema ancora persiste!!!! Dovessi dare degli aggettivi al personale dell' autofficina Garozzo compreso il titolare: POCO PROFESSIONALI, IRRISPETTOSI, INCAPACI. Provvederò ad inoltrare la mia lamentela alla Renault Italia. I took my renault captur to these gentlemen's garage last year for an electronic problem. After paying more than 350 euros for the intervention for the replacement of an abs sensor (worth 20 euros) and the battery, the same problem recurred after just under a year. I brought the car back to get some explanations and to make a new check since, in my opinion the problem had not been solved, and the owner with total indifference liquidated me by telling me that after having done a test the car had no problem ; they did not deign to make a diagnosis but only a simple road test. Obviously the problem still persists !!!! I had to give adjectives to the staff of the Garozzo car repair shop including the owner: LITTLE PROFESSIONAL, IRRESPECTIVE, INCAPABLE. I will proceed to forward my complaint to Renault Italy.
