Fabiana è ben preparata e svolge un buon lavoro sia con gli appuntamenti che nel rapporto con i clienti. Mi è capitato a volte di avere delle emergenze e chiamarli senza preavviso. Sono sempre stati pronti a piazzarmi tra un appuntamento e l'altro. I prezzi sono onesti e talvolta fanno anche dei piccoli sconti (che sono sempre graditi). Se devo dire una pecca... aumenterei il personale perché si riflette nei tempi di attesa.
A parte questo,consiglio caldamente la loro officina.

They have always been ready to place me between appointments. The prices are fair and sometimes even make small discounts (which are always welcome). If I have to say a flaw ... I would increase the staff because it is reflected in the waiting times.
Other than that, I highly recommend their workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La segretaria non ha idea di quanto tempo serve al meccanico per fare un determinato lavoro e riempie l'agenda con più appuntamenti nella giornata, quindi occhio perché non è detto che il meccanico finisca il lavoro in tempo, e in più è anche sgarbata, l'educazione prima di tutto perché voi siete lì per lavorare, e il cliente che vi paga.
Purtroppo c'è solo un meccanico che lavora quindi i tempi di attesa sono molto lunghi per prendere appuntamento, a mio parere è bravo perché segue il lavoro fino alla fine senza iniziarne altri.
Non lo consiglio se avete fretta.
