★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionalità e gentilezza. A volte trattengono l'auto per una giornata intera anche per lavori apparentemente poco impegnativi (es. Tagliando) ma i lavori sono svolti in maniera impeccabile. Trasparenza sui costi e grande disponibilità.
 Professionalism and kindness. Sometimes they keep the car for a whole day even for apparently undemanding jobs (eg. Service) but the work is done impeccably. Cost transparency and great availability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto un preventivo per la sostituzione della serratura portellone del baule. Dopo qualche giorno mi contatta dicendomi che aveva in mano la serratura (senza mai avere ricevuto il preventivo e più cara del concessionario) e mi chiede quando passo ad installarla. A sto pundo decido comunque di farla installare. Ritiro l'auto dalla riparazione e mi dice che per la sostituzione aveva scheggiato una plastica e rotto un bottone cose che possono succedere. Vado in concessionario con carrozzeria per farmi sostituire i pezzi scheggiati e mi fanno notare che è stato rotto e malamente riparato con la colla tutto il rivestimento del baule. Risultato a fronte di una spesa di 130€ della serratura mi è stato arrecato un danno di 100 € per la sostituzione del rivestimento rovinato. Il sig. Corradini stizzito dal ritardo (3 mesi circa) per la mia contestazione, non ha volto riconoscere il danno lasciandomi sull'uscio dell'officina urlando e sbottando. Esperienza molto negativa. Mai più questa officina.
I asked for a quote to replace the boot lid lock. After a few days he contacted me saying that he had the lock in his hand (without ever having received the quote and more expensive than the dealer) and asked me when I go to install it. A sto pundo, however, I decide to have it installed. I withdraw the car from the repair and he tells me that for the replacement he had chipped a plastic and broken a button things that can happen. I go to a dealer with a body shop to have the chipped parts replaced and they point out to me that the entire lining of the trunk has been broken and badly repaired with glue. Result against a cost of 130 € of the lock I was damaged 100 € for the replacement of the damaged coating. Mr. Corradini annoyed by the delay (about 3 months) for my dispute, did not face recognizing the damage by leaving me at the door of the workshop screaming and bursting. Very bad experience. Never again this workshop.
