Praticamente incompetenza pura. DA EVITARE! Arrivo a Castello di Fiemme Sabato 17 Luglio dopo un viaggio condizionato dall'improvviso calo di potenza della mia Giulietta JTD, con conseguente spia accesa controllo motore e IN recovery.....arrivo a Castello di Fiemme dove per mia fortuna c'è l'officina Bonelli, io prendo contatto con Nicolò Bonelli, immagino sia il figlio, che gentilmente mi accompagna in albergo e si prende cura della mia autovettura....... annunciando una sua telefonata per le ore 12 per aggiornamenti sulla povera Giulietta ...e ci salutiamo. Ore 12 spaccate, arriva la diagnosi (rottura del tubo che collega l'intercooler) ..... considerando gli anni della mia amata.....ci può stare.....Ok per la riparazione che viene assicurata per le 16 del giorno dopo............. infatti il giorno dopo alle 16 squilla il telefono, è Nicolò che mi dice che è tutto apposto e tra 5 minuti è in albergo con la vettura.....confesso che rimango basito da tanta professionalità (io vivo a Roma e diciamo che le cose non vanno propriamente così) comunque saldo la fattura, ringrazio e il minimo che possa fare per loro è scrivere queste quattro righe.....ANCORA COMPLIMENTI. I arrive in Castello di Fiemme where luckily for me there is the 'Bonelli workshop, I make contact with Nicolò Bonelli, I guess it is the son, who kindly takes me to the hotel and takes care of my car ....... announcing a call from him at 12 for updates on poor Juliet. ..and we say goodbye. 12 hours split, the diagnosis arrives (breakage of the pipe that connects the intercooler) ..... considering the years of my beloved ..... there it can be ..... Ok for the repair which is insured for the 16 of the day after ............. in fact the day after at 16 the phone rings, it is Nicolò who tells me that everything is fine and in 5 minutes he is in the hotel with the car .... . confess that I am thrilled by so much professionalism (I live in Rome and let's say that things are not exactly like this), however, I settle the invoice, thank you and the least I can do for them is to write these four lines ..... Ma i km erano certificati nella fattura. La macchina alla consegna era impeccabile pulita. Grazie It was the year 2017. Persone gentilissime e professionali.Se trovate l'auto che vi piace non esitate a recarvi da Bonelli. Per la mia soddisfazione mi sono promesso che tornerò lì anche per una vacanzetta non solo per la bellezza dei luoghi ma anche per stringere semplicemente la mano a NICOLÒ che mi ha seguito dall'inizio alla fine. Ebbene, a distanza di mesi e svariati chilometri, l'auto si è confermata impeccabile come il giorno in cui l'ho ritirata. Qualche giorno fa, con la scusa del controllo livelli, l'ho fatta anche visionare da un fidato meccanico della mia zona (Portogruaro) il quale ha confermato le mie impressioni. Nicolo', quello che segue le vendite, non solo è affabile, ma anche serio, in quanto quando ci siamo accorti che alla macchina (nonostante tutti i tagliandi in Alfa) non era stata fatta la distribuzione dopo i chilometri prescritti, si è attivato con un'officina della MIA zona per farla fare a spese sue.
