★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio tramite l'assistenza Genialloyd. La centrale operativa mi ha confermato l'intervento in 40 minuti. Trascorsi i 40minuti l'ofiicina mi ha chiamato al telefono per sapere dov'era la macchina e per sapere che cosa aveva. A seguito mie lamentele per il mancato intervento nei tempi comunicatimi dall'assicurazione mi è stato risposto che se facevo la sbruffona mi avrebbero fatto aspettare altri 40 minuti. Se almeno si fossero scusati per il ritardo.
Alla fine ho risolto il problema grazie a un conoscente e la macchina ora è presso un'altra officina.
Ho poi richiamato la centrale operativa di genialloyd, che non aveva nessuna colpa, consigliando di cambiare centro assistenza per la valle di Fiemme.

I then called the Genialloyd operations center, which had no fault, advising to change the service center for the Fiemme valley.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto carini e disponibili, alla fine sono riuscito a cavarmela anche solo grazie alle loro consulenze via telefono (io di auto ne capisco molto poco). Mi ha fatto molto piacere che, comunque, anche nei giorni successivi abbiano voluto sapere se fosse tutto a posto, e non con fare avvoltoio perché mi avevano anche dato il riferimento di un'altra officina più comoda per dove fossi, ma proprio per spirito umano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo il giorno 10/12/21 ho avuto un problema alla mia autovettura per colpa del gasolio gelato sono rimasto fermo nella statale vicino Predazzo(Trento) chiamato L’assistenza Blue Assistance dopo numerose chiamate e arrivato il carro per portarci in un officina a CAVALESE di Nome AUTONUOVA.
Passato a ritirare l’auto alle 15 una signora sgarbata ci ha fatto accomodare fuori con temperatura di -9 e dopo 10 min richiamati per la consegna .Lo scandalo a mio giudizio e stato l’inserimento di una lattina di 33c e una stufetta sotto il serbatoio per riscaldare il gasolio al costo di € 125,00 VERGOGNOSI !!!!!

After picking up the car at 3 pm a rude lady made us sit outside with a temperature of -9 and after 10 minutes called back for delivery.The scandal in my opinion was the insertion of a can of 33c and a heater under the tank to heat the diesel at a cost of € 125.00 SHAME !!!!!
