★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, I went to them for regular service, and they try to ask me that my car's spark plug needs to be changed and asked for about 200Euro for spark plugs. Spark plugs are available at 20euro in market so I told them not to do anything. Later I found more problems in my car. And after inspection I found that my one of the spark plug is pressed to fuse.
They charged me 250euro just for the servicing and not even cleaned my car, There was bird poo at the back, which was still there after servicing, I don't think that have any knowledge of cars, just they want to get your money by making fault by themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys at Autofficina Autronica saved our holidays in Sardinia! Our air-conditioning compressor made weird noises and needed to be exchanged. They made the impossible possible and got hold of the spare part. They installed it in a very short time and we were able to catch the ferry in Livorno.
