★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attesa la macchina per molto tempo, quando finalmente sono andata a ritirala il conto era piuttosto salato e non ero stata informata sul preventivo ( ma pazienza ..)
..Poi usando la macchina ho constato che il problema era rimasto invariato. ( i freni non funzionavano esattamente come prima !!) Ho dovuto riportargliela.
Al lavoro risolutivo mi hanno aggiunto delle ulteriori spese extra, non ammettendo che tutti i lavori iniziali non solo non avevano centrato il problema, ma soprattutto non erano indispensabili.
Assurdo. ( e più di due settimane senza macchina!).
Waiting for the machine for a long time, when I finally went to collect it the bill was quite high and I had not been informed about the quote (but never mind ..)
.. Then using the machine I found that the problem remained unchanged. (the brakes weren't working exactly like before !!) I had to get it back to him.
They added additional extra expenses to the solution work, not admitting that all the initial works not only did not center the problem, but above all they were not indispensable.
Absurd. (and more than two weeks without a car!).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front wheel detached from our campervan in Trieste, due to a failed ball joint and we went to this auto garage, being thankful we had survived the experience. I knew what had failed and why but lacked the tools and so it was a great to meet such an honest and helpful company from the start. Both the owner and their mechanic couldn't have been any more helpful and considerate to us as two non Italian speakers, and their prices were very reasonable. The repair was completed with a quality part, to a high standard and allowed us to continue in confidence through the rest of our extended road trip. I can honestly and fully recommend Autofficina ai Volti to go to if you are in need of mechanical help near Trieste. A small honest company you can 100% trust in both service and price.
