Persona che mette a proprio agio. Per chi non ha una marca preferita come me valuta Sicuramente un plus l: accoglienza e la cordialità.
 I went this morning without an appointment for a look at a Skoda. Massimo welcomed me and proved to be kind and never aggressive commercially speaking. Person who puts you at ease. For those who do not have a favorite brand like me, definitely value a plus: welcome and friendliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concessionario auto. Gentili ma poco convincenti. Forse superficiali. Dovenano telefonare per una prova su strada di una vettura,più sentiti. Dovevano mandare un offerto su un noleggio a lungo termine. Più sentiti.
Car dealership. Gentle but unconvincing. Perhaps superficial. They have to call for a road test of a car, more heartfelt. They had to send an offer on a long-term rental. More felt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare come la peste, una macchina nuova è arrivata dopo 1 anno e non hanno fatto un centesimo di sconto anche se da contratto dovevano rimborsare la caparra. In confronto a Skoda Ravenna e Ferrara non possono competere con il personale.
To be avoided like the plague, a new car arrived after 1 year and they did not give a cent discount even if they had to reimburse the deposit by contract. Compared to Skoda Ravenna and Ferrara they cannot compete with the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovata molto bene in questa concessionaria Skoda, in particolare con la venditrice Martina Borghi, molto giovane ma molto disponibile a fornirmi info di tutti i tipi sulla macchina che sto acquistando, persino il prezzo del tagliando medio del modello di auto scelto, il numero di Airbag presenti, i dati tecnici (misure bagagliaio con e senza ruota di scorta...), tutti gli specifici optional dell'allestimento scelto. Ha risposto ad ogni mio dubbio o questione, comprese quelle non illustrate in modo chiaro o non del tutto completo sui cataloghi o sui fogli descrittivi degli allestimenti, come quella dell'essere restia ad avere ruote di diametro diverso da quelle attuali..
Non ho ancora concluso il tutto, ho firmato, ma aspetto la consegna, dati i tempi del mercato auto odierno purtroppo lunghi, ma mi sembra un casa seria, valida e che punta al connubio tra comfort e praticità al giusto prezzo, in rapporto alla qualità garantita dall'appartenenza al gruppo Wolkswagen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho una skoda yeti 4x4 con 88000 km sempre tagliandata da voi e siete riusciti a farmi rimanere a piedi con la trazione integrale perchè non mi avete mai sostituito l olio del circuito Haldex quando dovreste sapere benissimo quando va eseguito il cambio . Vi ho chiamato per un appuntamento e la vs segretaria mi dice che sarò richiamato perchè siete tutti impegnati( mai sentito nessuno). Fortunatamente ho trovato un meccanico ex wolkswaghen che si è messo in proprio, costa la metà del vostro listino, è molto aggiornato , lavora molto meglio , mi ha risoloto il problema in 2 ore . Mi dispiace ma per me siete out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy. Told them my cooler was broke and wanted to hear if they could fix it. 5 hours later they told me that my cooler was broke and that they couldn't fix. Above that I had to pay for 1/2 hours work they had spend examining the cooler and car.
