M	Mauro Carrara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo la terza automobile comprata da loro ho avuto un'esperienza a dir poco negativa, lamentavo un difetto alla frizione, mi hanno tenuto in questione un anno con scuse che al momento ritenevo plausibili credendo che mi risolvessero il problema, il risultato è stato a dir poco vomitevole, ho dovuto rivolgermi ad AZ VEICOLI dove sono stato trattato benissimo ma purtroppo sono ancora in controversia con Opel Italia e se tutto va bene riuscirò ad avere un piccolo rimborso tramite l'associaIone consumatori. Spero che ad altri vada meglio ma sicuramente A me AUTOCICERI non vedera' altre autovetture ed Opel nemmeno After the third car bought from them I had a negative experience to say the least, I complained about a defect in the clutch, they kept me in question for a year with excuses that at the time I thought plausible believing that they would solve the problem for me, the result was to say the least. not very repulsive, I had to contact AZ VEICOLI where I was treated very well but unfortunately I am still in dispute with Opel Italia and hopefully I will be able to get a small refund through the consumer association.
