S	Sofia Ci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato l'auto per fare la revisione ministeriale, dopo qualche ora mi chiamano dicendo che ci sarebbe da cambiare l'olio in quanto avevo fatto 15.000 km. dico che va bene, torno la sera per riprendere la mia auto e mi trovo un conto da 335.00 euro. La titolare, Leila, si siede a spiegarmi tutto quello che hanno cambiato, in pratica mi hanno fatto un tagliando mai richiesto, la revisione ministeriale son 67 euro, 37 il cambio dell'olio, tutto il resto è stato fatto di loro spontanea volontà. Si sono giustificati dicendo che erano cose da fare, tipo filtro anti polline ecc. specifico che l'auto è stata acquistata da loro due anni fa, anzi, per la precisione 2 anni e 3 mesi fa, quindi non è un mezzo vetusto e sgangherato, è praticamente un' auto ancora nuova. Per correttezza ho pagato perché non mi metto a fare scenate, dall'altra chiaramente se n'è uscita con un: "Mi spiace perdere un cliente, però va beh, non si può pensarla uguale". Ecco, a tal proposito non è una questione di vedute differenti, è che prima di farmi spendere una cifra del genere, come mi hai chiamato per chiedermi se potevi cambiarmi l'olio, potevi anche dirmi tutto il resto dato che io questa macchina la stavo anche per cambiare.
