Oggi ho ritirato il furgone dopo 4 giorni che era fermo lì sia per il tagliando che per un lavoro di carrozzeria. Per farla breve, ieri pomeriggio ho saputo che era pronto e stamattina siamo andati per il ritiro (impiegando 2 persone per fare tutto questo giro), ma il tagliando non era stato fatto, perché? Perchè si sono dimenticati!!!!! Sottolineo che il tagliando era prenotato da fine gennaio, ma ci avevano spostato il giorno per far combaciare il lavoro con quello di carrozzeria. E non è la prima volta che succede e che lo segnalo. Per parlare con uno di loro sono sempre ore di attesa al telefono perché dicono che non riescono a gestire le telefonate.... dov'è l'assistenza al cliente? E il personale dell'officina dov'era quando non ha visto arrivare il furgone per il tagliando? I carrozzieri dov'erano quando hanno acceso il quadro che segnalava la necessità del cambio d'olio?? "Eeeehh ma saaaa la carrozzeria è da un'altra parte..." e quindi? per spostare il furgone lo hanno acceso per forza.... GIUSTOZZI in questi anni mi ha sempre di più confermato che è un centro di pessima, pessima qualità per quanto riguarda l'assistenza al cliente. Ogni volta che dobbiamo andarci sono ore infinite di attesa anche se abbiamo prenotato per primi all'apertura dell'officina. Non capisco se trattano tutti così o solo chi ha le vetture aziendali come me. Spero di trovare una soluzione altrove I give zero stars (although I have to put one) for complete lack of customer care. Today I picked up the van after 4 days it was stopped there for both the service and a bodywork job. Long story short, yesterday afternoon I heard it was ready and this morning we went for the pickup (taking 2 people to do this whole round), but the coupon hadn't been done, why? Why they forgot !!!!! I emphasize that the coupon was booked from the end of January, but we had moved the day to match the work with that of the body shop. And it is not the first time that it happens and that I report it. To talk to one of them are always hours of waiting on the phone because they say they can't handle the phone calls .... where is the customer support? And where were the garage staff when they didn't see the pickup van coming? Where were the coachbuilders when they turned on the panel that signaled the need for an oil change? "Eeeehh but saaaa the bodywork is somewhere else ..." so what? to move the van they turned it on by force .... In recent years, GIUSTOZZI has increasingly confirmed to me that it is a center of very bad, very bad quality in terms of customer service. Every time we have to go there are endless hours of waiting even if we booked first when the workshop opened. I don't understand if they treat everyone like this or just those who have company cars like me. Hope to find a solution elsewhere
