Ladri maledetti!!! d	daniele giancola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li ho scelti tra le carrozzerie convenzionate UnipolSai per far mettere a posto una botta ricevuta sul retro dell'auto e senza sapere chi fossero, ma solo perchè si trovavano vicino al mio ufficio. Ebbene io mi sono trovato superbene! Sono stato seguito da Gabriele e Daniele che sono stati molto cortesi e professionali. Mi hanno aiutato in tutti i passaggi della pratica, compreso l'iter per il noleggio dell'auto sostitutiva. Hanno fatto addirittura da intermediari con il perito e, siccome l'auto sostitutiva mi era stata data per un periodo limitato, si sono premurati di consegnarmi l'auto il giorno stesso in cui avrei dovuto riconsegnarla la macchina all'autonoleggio. Si sono addiruttura offerti di accompagnarmi. Inutile dire che il lavoro è stato eseguito benissimo e a regola d'arte. Straconsigliati. D	DRPHONE Driver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi reco in carrozzeria per sostituire il cavo cofano motore e eseguire uno spurgo liquido refrigerante per una fiat punto Sporting del 2005 , risultato ho pagato 100 euro per sostituire solo il cavo apertura del cofano lo spurgo non è stato eseguito. Mi reco in Fiat effettuo lo spurgo ovviamente pagando per farlo perchè la macchina dava sempre lo stesso problema e magicamente la macchina ritorna a funzionare. Personale Tecnico o presunto meccanico scorretto e disonesto vi siete pagati per una prestazione non eseguita e in materia di legge si chiama TRUFFA!! Oltre a aver perso il cliente avete perso parecchie persone perchè la voce si espande presto . Controllate le persone che lavorano con voi e si fanno chiamare Meccanici!!!! Hanno effettuato il servizio in 40 minuti! Un ringraziamento particolare a Massimiliano che si è occupato di gestire il tutto con la massima professionalità. La consiglio vivamente! Efficient, friendly and helpful. I had to contact them about the windshield glass replacement. They came home and in a very short time. They made the service in 40 minutes! L	Luca Masperone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato in questo posto per un tagliando auto, inizialmente sembrava tutto ok, poi quando sono andato a riprendere la macchina e dopo aver pagato mi sono accorto che mancava completamente la benzina. Al che sono tornato da loro avvisandoli sul fatto, mi è stato detto che l'auto era stata provata (ma non credo che per provarla si consumino 200km di benzina). Comunque alla fine mi hanno rimborsato i soldi della benzina spesi, con una bella discussione da parte del dirigente, dandomi del poveraccio. Zero professionalità. Se avessero almeno rimborsato senza storie o ammesso senza nessun problema che era stata consumata la benzina ok, ma così sono caduti in basso. Considerando il fatto che per il tagliando avevo speso una somma cospicua e un rimborso di benzina così basso non era nulla in confronto.
