★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diverse volte ci capita di avere a che fare con assistenza di casa madre , occupandoci di vendita di veicoli di usato recente . Dobbiamo dire che la Balduina di Viterbo fa invidia a molti marchi presenti sulla zona .
Personale cortese , disponibile anche a distanza , con assistenza sia in loco che remota professionale, il capofficina molto preparato tecnicamente per non parlare poi di Annamaria responsabile alla ricezione clienti .
Davvero soddisfatto .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avendo necessità di una seconda auto mi sono imbattuto in una t-roc usata sul sito e quindi mi reco in concessionaria per vederla dal vivo, l’auto è li, a due passi, chiedo al venditore se fosse possibile vederla, aprirla, il Venditore mi dice No, cioè senza spiegazioni ne niente solo No, è io gli domando perché L’auto è lì, la possiamo vedere attraverso i vetri, e lui risponde di nuovo con un semplice NO, poi mi gira lo schermo e me la fa vedere sul pc, super scocciato, ma scherziamo? Pure la presa in giro, l’auto a due passi e lui mi gira lo schermo, una situazione surreale, ma i venditori poi non sono a partita iva? non è loro interesse vendere? Io non ho parole.
detto ciò non metterò mai più piede là dentro, nemmeno se le regalano le auto. E invito il direttore a rivedere un momento il suo personale.

I have no words.

Per esperienza personale devo dire che non è affatto scontato trovarsi di fronte a personale così professionale. Complimenti.
Beyond the renowned quality and reliability of Audi and Volkswagen cars, I must recognize the great professionalism of Ms Cuomo from the Acceptance Service: available, attentive and above all very clear in explaining services and related costs. From personal experience I must say that it is not at all obvious to be faced with such professional staff. Well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intenzionato a cambiare auto ho telefonato in concessionaria per poter provare e contrattare una Volkswagen ID3 e data la particolarità dell'auto ho ben pensato di chiamare prima per accertarmi che l'auto fosse veramente disponibile. La persona che mi ha risposto mi ha assicurato che l'auto era presente e potevo passare per un test quando volevo, invece dopo 2 giorni mi reco in concessionaria e l'auto non era disponibile, non so' per quale strano motivo. Il personale è stato gentile e si sono scusati ma se questi sono i presupposti la prossima volta andrò sicuramente presso un altra concessionaria
Intending to change cars, I phoned the dealership to try and negotiate a Volkswagen ID3 and given the particularity of the car I thought I'd call first to make sure the car was really available. The person who answered me assured me that the car was present and I could pass for a test when I wanted, but after 2 days I go to the dealership and the car was not available, I don't know for what strange reason. The staff was kind and apologized but if these are the conditions next time I will definitely go to another dealership

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend had an accident with with my Audi Q7. It took almost 3 month to repair, and when calling to hear status, they just filled us with lies. I really regret that I chose to take the car to Audi Viterbo. Only had good experience with Audi in Denmark, but here in Viterbo they are unpolite, rude filling you with lies. Advice to all if living in Italy: Buy Mercedes or BMW. I did, and is now a happy customer of Mercedes.
