Abbiamo chiamato con un paio di giorni lavorativi di anticipo, e la segretaria ci ha detto di presentarci oggi tra le 14.30 e le 17.30. Ci siamo presentati alle 17.10 e siamo stati rimbalzati dalla segretaria (non so se la stessa) perché "i ragazzi stanno già andando via". Peccato, perché al telefono sono stata trattata con molta cortesia e disponibilità, ma poi di persona siamo stati liquidati senza che nessuna abbia almeno guardato la macchina. We needed a very quick intervention on the car (10 minutes in total from another body shop), but rather urgent. We called a couple of business days early, and the secretary told us to show up today between 2.30pm and 5.30pm. We showed up at 5.10pm and got bounced by the secretary (I don't know if she was the same) because "the boys are already leaving". Too bad, because on the phone I was treated with great courtesy and availability, but then in person we were liquidated without anyone having at least looked at the car.

Sono rimasto stupito dalla percezione di gentilezza ed efficienza che ho avuto non appena ho incontrato il signor Zaborra. Sono stato trattato benissimo e il servizio è stato impeccabile. Nonostante abbia impegnato un dipendente per circa una decina di minuti, mi è stato detto che per così poco disturbo non avrei dovuto pagare nulla. Ritornerò senz'altro per lavori più consistenti, nella speranza di trovarmi allo stesso modo. I went to this shop for a very small job. I was amazed by the perception of kindness and efficiency that I had as soon as I met Mr. Zaborra. I was treated very well and the service was impeccable. Despite having an employee engaged for about ten minutes, I was told that for so little trouble I wouldn't have to pay anything. I will certainly return for more substantial jobs, in the hope of finding myself the same way.

D	Davide Pan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia auto da questo carrozziere e dopo più di una settimana non hanno neanche valutato il danno, inoltre ad ogni mia domanda rispondevano sempre di rivolgermi al titolare il quale non era mai presente, lo sconsiglio a tutti! Mi hanno promesso anche che mi avrebbero chiamato ieri per mettermi in contatto con il titolare, neanche quello hanno fatto! Ho portato immediatamente la mia auto da qualche altra parte... Se avete deciso di scegliere una delle carrozzerie proposte dalle vostre assicurazioni, come ho fatto io ,state alla larga da zaborra I took my car to this body shop and after more than a week they didn't even assess the damage, furthermore they always answered to every question of mine to contact the owner who was never present, I advise against it at all! They also promised me that they would call me yesterday to get in touch with the owner, they didn't do that either! I immediately took my car somewhere else ... If you have decided to choose one of the bodies proposed by your insurance companies, as I did, stay away from zaborra
