Dopo almeno 5 mesi di attesa per una telefonata promessa quasi nell’immediato, e almeno 2 passaggi in carrozzeria vengo contattato solo oggi 24/03/20, casualità con il difficile momento?.
A seguito delle mie rimostranze su tempi e modi, la risposta della responsabile è stata: nessun problema ne troveremo altri di clienti.
Che dire in bocca al lupo.....
Very unprofessional manager.
After at least 5 months of waiting for a phone call promised almost immediately, and at least 2 passages in the body shop, am I contacted only today 03/24/20, randomness with the difficult moment ?.
Following my complaints about times and ways, the manager's response was: no problem we will find other customers.
What can I say good luck .....

They replaced the parts damaged following an accident with original spare parts, they were professional and they respected the deadlines. Very friendly staff who listen to the customer.
