Pessimo servizio di auto sostitutiva che associato alla tempistica non rispettata mi ha creato disagio per tutta la durata dei lavori sulla mia auto. Pessimo l'atteggiamento del proprietario; sembrava di avere a che fare con un politico (e ho detto tutto). Inoltre non sono stati fatti tutti i controlli che erano stati pattuiti sulla mia vettura. In parole semplici la professionalità non sanno nemmeno dove sta di casa. Ultima nota da raccontare: hanno avuto anche la "cortesia" di lasciare per tutta la notte all'aperto (forse anche più di una notte) la mia macchina con il finestrino spalancato. Questo giochetto mi è costato dover smontare l'abitacolo per togliere tutte le cimici che avevano preso d'assalto la tappezzeria, senza contare il notevole rischio di furto dell'auto stessa. Pessimi. Unica nota lieta è stata la cortesia da parte delle segretarie. Ripeto, se volete bene alla vostra auto non portatela mai qui. I do not recommend to anyone. Very bad replacement car service that associated with the non-respected timing has made me uncomfortable for the whole duration of the work on my car. Bad attitude of the owner; seemed to have something to do with a politician (and I said it all). Furthermore, not all the checks that had been agreed on my car were made. In simple terms, professionalism does not even know where it is at home. Last note to tell: they also had the "courtesy" of leaving my car with the window wide open for the whole night (maybe even more than one night). This trick cost me having to dismantle the interior to remove all the bugs that had taken the upholstery by storm, not to mention the considerable risk of theft of the car itself. Bad. The only happy note was the courtesy from the secretaries. Again, if you love your car, never take it here.
P	Pietro Vannini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segretarie molto gentili e disponibili, purtroppo pero' l'organizzazione è pessima. Prima di scegliere questa carrozzeria sono passato da loro a far visionare il danno e mi è stato preventivato 1 giorno o 2 per la riparazione. Una volta confermata la pratica (tramite assicurazione) i giorni sono diventati 4 o 5. Quando vado a lasciare l'auto i tempi aumentano ancora a circa una settimana. Alla fine l'auto mi è stata ridata dopo DUE SETTIMANE. A distanza di 1-2 mesi il lavoro non si è rivelato gran che: La verniciatura è ottima, ma lo smontaggio/rimontaggio è molto "tirato via", tanto da danneggiare anche alcuni pezzi degli interni (rimossi per sostituire il pezzo di carrozzeria). Non parliamo poi delle vibrazioni che provengono da sotto gli interni (probabilmente dovute a qualche pezzo rimontato male) che in alcune circostanze sono abbastanza fastidiose. Qualche errore puo' capitare a tutti, ma almeno siate sinceri da subito sui tempi della riparazione, cosi' magari avete piu' tempo per completare i lavori per bene, invece di voler risparmiare tempo e distruggere tutto... After 1-2 months the work did not turn out to be much: The paintwork is excellent, but the disassembly / reassembly is very "pulled away", so much so as to damage some parts of the interior (removed to replace the body piece). We are not talking about the vibrations coming from under the interior (probably due to some badly reassembled piece) which in some circumstances are quite annoying. Some mistakes can happen to everyone, but at least be honest immediately about the repair times, so maybe you have more time to complete the work properly, instead of wanting to save time and destroy everything ...
