★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono spostata di molti chilometri per raggiungere questa autocarrozzeria per farmi fare un PREVENTIVO. Ma non è mai arrivato nonostante io abbia chiamato innumerevoli volte per rammentare dell'attesa. Alle 16,45 di un lunedì pomeriggio la carrozzeria era già chiusa (mi ha risposto un impiegato delle pulizie, invitandomi a richiamare) e infine, dopo cinque giorni di attesa, all'ennesima mia richiamata mi viene chiesto, inaspettatamente, di sostenere un costo aggiuntivo senza il quale avevano deciso di non inviarmi la previsione di spesa per la riparazione.
I traveled many kilometers to reach this body shop to get a QUOTE. But it never came despite me calling countless times to remind me of the wait. At 4.45 pm on a Monday afternoon the body shop was already closed (a cleaning employee answered, inviting me to call back) and finally, after five days of waiting, on my umpteenth call back, I was asked, unexpectedly, to bear a cost without which they had decided not to send me the cost estimate for the repair.
