Il personale, disponibile e preparato, mi ha aggiornato con precisione sullo sviluppo di ogni singola fase della vendita: dalla prima descrizione delle auto che si avvicinavano alla mia richiesta, durante la fase di acquisto, fino alla consegna delle chiavi (avvenuta precisamente nei tempi comunicati). D	Demis Sola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, quando prenoti per visionare un'auto la trovi ghiacciata nel parcheggio così non ti accorgi degli innumerevoli segni sulla carrozzeria,il motore però è bello lucido così non ti accorgi che il coperchio valvole ha la guarnizione che perde,in compenso ti consegnano l'auto senza nemmeno il cambio d'olio e filti con ultimo tagliando nel 2020 e 781 KM oltre ai 15000 che prescrive casa madre,attenzione anche al prezzo che dichiarano nell'atto di vendita che non coincide con il costo reale bonificatogli. La concessionaria e' stata constantemente in contatto con me dal momento dell'ordine fino alla consegna spiegandomi tutte le procedure burocratiche con le relative tempistiche . Ho acquistato l'auto nel colore e allestimento che esattamente volevo al prezzo piu' competitivo sul mercato. Ero molto scettico non avendo mai effettuato un acquisto online di un'automobile e mi sono dovuto ricredere. Ottimo anche il servizio di consegna dell'auto tramite bisarca nella mia citta' a 100 metri da casa. Mi dispiace di non aver potuto incontrare di persona la Signora Emanuela e tutti i suoi collaboratori. E' un'azienda a conduzione familiare, Massimo e sua moglie sono stati sin da subito trasparenti e cordiali, la comunicazione da parte loro e della segretaria è sempre stata molto completa, nella fase di immatricolazione e consegna. Non posso che consigliare sicuramente Auto Zago!
