Ich fuhr daraufhin zur Werkstatt....anfahren ist nicht alles vollgeparkt .....also die 2 Sterne sind vielleicht was in der Werkstatt gut, wenn man soweit kommen sollte The registration form is laboriously filled out ... of course, the callback promised on it did not take place. I then drove to the workshop .... not everything is fully parked ..... so maybe the 2 stars are good in the workshop, if you should get that far

Vorschlag zur Werkstatt des Jahres!!! Könnte sich unsere Vertragswerkstatt in Deutschland eine Scheibe abschneiden. Übrigens ist Schlanders eine tolle Urlaubsregion - eine Reise wert. Immer, wenn wir in Zukunft mal wieder durch Schlanders fahren, werden wir sehr positive Gedanken an das Autohaus Petross und seine Menschen haben. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für alles! Flat tire on Sundays, really great, extremely friendly service and help from the Pedross family and team. Saved our vacation. Suggestion for workshop of the year !!! Could our authorized workshop in Germany learn a thing or two about it? By the way, Schlanders is a great holiday region - worth a trip. Whenever we drive through Schlanders again in the future, we will have very positive thoughts about the Petross car dealership and its people. Thanks again for everything!
A	Alain Rochat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten mit unserem VW Bus eine Panne. Herr Pedross und seine Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir können diese Garage sehr empfehlen. Auch wenn wir hoffen, dass wir sie in Zukunft nicht mehr brauchen und ohne Panne unsere Ferien genießen können:-) We broke down with our VW bus. Mr Pedross and his staff were very helpful and very friendly. We can highly recommend this garage. Even if we hope that we will no longer need them in the future and that we can enjoy our holidays without a breakdown :-)

Nach mehreren Werkstätten, die wir angefahren haben, hat uns Herr Pedross extrem schnell und toll geholfen. After several workshops that we visited, Mr. Pedross helped us extremely quickly and very well. Most importantly, we were promised to solve the problem quickly and that was fully respected. J	Jörg Kulzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren im Urlaub in Südtirol und sind am späten Nachmittag wegen eines undefinierbaren Geräusches im Auto zu Auto Pedross in Schlanders gefahren mit der Bitte sich das mal anzuschauen. Das Fahrzeug wurde sofort angenommen und eine Prüfung am nächsten Tag zugesichert. Nachdem sich am nächsten Tag herausgestellt hatte, dass das Auto nicht mehr fahrbereit war (Feder gebrochen), wurde alles möglich gemacht, damit ein Ersatzteil besorgt wird und dass das Fahrzeug kurzfristig repariert werden konnte. Wir konnten das Fahrzeug schon einen Tag später wieder abholen. Noch nie bin ich einer Autowerkstatt so zuvorkommend und freundlich behandelt worden - von der Annahme, Zwischeninformation am Telefon bis zur Abholung - freundlicher und bester Service. Macht bitte weiter so, euer Service ist vorbildlich. We were on vacation in South Tyrol and drove to Auto Pedross in Schlanders in the late afternoon because of an indefinable noise in the car with the request to have a look. The vehicle was accepted immediately and it was assured that it would be checked the next day. After it turned out the next day that the car was no longer ready to drive (broken spring), everything was done so that a spare part could be obtained and that the vehicle could be repaired at short notice. We were able to pick up the vehicle a day later. Never before have I been treated so courteously and kindly in a car repair shop - from the reception, intermediate information on the phone to the pick-up - friendly and best service. Please keep it up, your service is exemplary.

Il signor Herbert si è reso disponibile fino alla consegna della macchina, in una settimana abbiamo fatto tutto. Ancora grazie di tutto, sei un grande !! Continua così, e un in bocca al lupo per tutto !! Ti aspettiamo a Torino !!!? I bought a 2018 golf gti, very well maintained, the photos of the ad spoke for themselves. Mr. Herbert made himself available until the delivery of the car, in a week we did everything. Thanks again for everything, you are great !! Keep it up, and good luck for everything !! Für unsere Rückreise in die Schweiz entschieden wir uns für die Route via Meran und den Schweizer Nationalpark. Mein 2005-er Audi A4 begann bereits ab Meran komische Geräusche zu machen. Beim Beschleunigen wurde das Geräusch immer lauter was uns sehr besorgte. Zum Glück sind wir am Freitag Nachmittag um 16:00 auf die Garage Auto Pedross in Silandro getroffen. Der Inhaber der Garage nahm sich direkt für uns Zeit und einer seiner Mechaniker kam mit mir auf eine Testfahrt. Nach wenigen Metern fahren konnte er mir direkt sagen, dass es sich um das Radlager links vorne handelt, wir aber nicht besorgt sein müssten, die rund 300km nach Hause würde mein Auto locker mitmachen. Erleichtert sprach ich nochmals mit dem Inhaber, der darauf bestand, dass wir nichts zahlen müssen. Aus einer für uns sehr unangenehmen Situation, wurde in kürzester Zeit grosse Erleichterung. Dafür sind wir sehr dankbar! Vielen Dank für Ihre zuvorkommende und professionelle Unterstützung hierbei! For our return trip to Switzerland, we decided on the route via Merano and the Swiss National Park. My 2005 Audi A4 began to make strange noises as early as Merano. When accelerating, the noise got louder and louder, which worried us very much. Luckily we met the Auto Pedross garage in Silandro on Friday afternoon at 4:00 p.m. The owner of the garage took time for us directly and one of his mechanics came with me on a test drive. After driving a few meters, he was able to tell me directly that it was the front left wheel bearing, but we didn't have to worry that my car would easily take the 300km home. Relieved, I spoke to the owner again, who insisted that we don’t have to pay anything. A very uncomfortable situation for us turned into great relief in a very short time. We are very grateful! Und die Schwester von Herbert Pedross hat uns kurzerhand zum Bahnhof Schlanders gefahren, damit wir noch heute mit OeV in die Schweiz und sogar noch ganz nach Hause kommen... Was für ein toller Service ist das denn - SPITZE - ganz HERZLICHEN DANK !?? Our car gave up the ghost and we were towed to this VW garage. And Herbert Pedross' sister drove us to the train station in Schlanders so that we can get to Switzerland and even come home with OeV today... What a great service that is - GREAT - THANK YOU SO MUCH !??
