N	Nico D'Ambros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente inqualificabili, mia figlia ha acquistato un auto usata, chiaramente eravamo al corrente del numero di KM fatti dall'auto, proprio per quasto è stato richiesto in che stato di manutenzione fosse l'auto e ci è stato riferito che era stata fatta la sostituzione della cinghia di distribuzione e che avremmo dovuto sostenere la sostituzione della bombola GPL per scadenza della revisione. a distanza di meno di due mesi e circa 800Km percorsi l'auto si è fermata per la rottura della cinghia con i danni che si possono immaginare, ho cercato in tutti i modi di trovare un accordo, anche se l'art. 130 D.Lgs. 206/05 dice esplicitamente che sull'usato deve essere fatto obligatoriamente una garanzia di un anno, Auto Grimaldi ha candidamente rifiutato qualsiasi tipo di partecipazione al danno, mi sarei anche accontentato di fare un 50/50 oppure uno pagava i materiali e l'altro la manodopera ma non abbiamo avuto risposta, mi sono anche rivolto ad una associazione a tutela del consumatore, ma non hanno risposto nemmeno a loro, a questo puto, vito che la tutela legale della associazione ce l'ho gratuita, provvederò ad adire le vie legali. Un consiglio a qualsiasi persona che abbia la minima intenzione di rivolgersi a questi NONprofessionisti.......lasciate perdere, e non è per la conclamata disonestà nel comportamento e nel rispettare le leggi, ma sopratutto perché anche se doveste aver bisogno......nemmeno ti rispondono!!!
