Dopo poche ore vengo contattato e mi si avvisa che la centralina è andata in blocco e il veicolo pertanto non può essere utilizzato neppure con l'unica chiave disponibile (la centralina quando il caddy è stato portato era ovviamente funzionante). E' necessario sostituire completamente il quadro stumenti: spesa 600/700 € - giorni di attesa da 5 a 10. In definitiva una codifica di una chiave mi costa quasi 1000 € (se si conteggi anche il nolo dell'auto sostitutiva che sono obbligato a sostenere). Veramente assurdo. Se si potesse dare zero stelle avrei proceduto così. Per onestà comunico oggi che il mezzo è stato riconsegnato in anticipo rispetto alla tempistica prospettata all'inizio e questo certamente è un dato positivo, anche se tutta la vicenda rimane per me negativa. I bring a Caddy to the fully functional garage for a key coding (estimated work in one day and spending around 100 €). After a few hours I am contacted and I am informed that the control unit has gone into lockout and the vehicle therefore cannot be used even with the only key available (the control unit when the caddy was brought was obviously working). It is necessary to completely replace the instrument panel: spending € 600/700 - waiting days from 5 to 10. Ultimately, a key encoding costs me almost € 1000 (if you also count the freight for the replacement car that I am obliged to to sustain). Really absurd. If it could be given zero stars I would have done so. For honesty, I communicate today that the vehicle has been returned in advance of the timing envisaged at the beginning and this is certainly a positive fact, even if the whole story remains negative for me.

Davvero molto gentili e professionali, cinque stelle sono poche. I requested a quote via email to install a gas system, even if they did not offer that type of intervention, they still redirected me to a place where I could do it. Really very kind and professional, five stars are few.
