La valutazione non è dovuta tanto alla maleducazione, quanto all'incompetenza. L'unica persona veramente valida è stata il titolare (almeno credo, mi riferisco al Signore anziano, Signore con la S maiuscola). Una dipendente mi avrebbe fatto tornare il giorno dopo perché non era presente la collega, quando invece LUI ha controllato nel computer e in due minuti mi ha dato la mia documentazione.
Avrei altro da dire, ma evito, intanto la concorrenza è molta...

Experience had a few years ago. As for me: to be avoided.
The evaluation is not so much due to rudeness as to incompetence. The only really good person was the owner (at least I think, I am referring to the elderly Lord, Lord with a capital S). An employee would have sent me back the next day because my colleague was not present, when instead HE checked the computer and in two minutes gave me my documentation.
I have more to say, but I avoid, in the meantime the competition is a lot ...
