★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da dove cominciare...Ho acquistato un Nissan Quasqhai presso Autobrema, inizialmente andava tutto bene, poi i problemi, che non rientrano nella garanzia, oltre a difetti che non mi spiegavo, come il climatizzatore, batteria che non teneva, plastiche e guarnizioni che cadevano e con un consumo evidente(macchina di 30000kmdel 2019). Al momento della vendita è stato tutto molto cortese, descrizioni poco precise, e inventate, inoltre paroloni come "Giapponesi indistruttibili" ( è Renault per 80% e lo sanno tutti), "Ultimi motori incredibili" (sono arrivati con ADBlue dopo anni rispetto agli altri)etc, ora ho visto miglioramenti almeno dopo le frequenti visite a causa del problema della vettura..Scusate lo sfogo ma dalla disperazione ho cambiato auto, ovviamente presso un altro concessionario, poi sicuramente sarò stato sfortunato, però potevano essere + onesti....lo è stato d + il loro meccanico, infatti lo ringrazio e la stella è per lui.

I bought a Nissan Quasqhai from Autobrema, initially everything was fine, then the problems, which are not covered by the warranty, as well as defects that I did not explain, such as the air conditioning, battery that did not hold, plastics and gaskets that they fell and with an evident consumption (machine of 30,000km of 2019). At the time of the sale it was all very polite, inaccurate descriptions, and invented, plus big words like "Japanese indestructible" (it's Renault for 80% and everyone knows it), "Latest incredible engines" (they arrived with ADBlue after years compared to others) etc, now I have seen improvements at least after frequent visits due to the car problem .. Sorry for the outburst but out of desperation I changed cars, obviously at another dealer, then surely I will have been unlucky, but they could be + honest .. ..d + their mechanic was, in fact I thank him and the star is for him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da anni la mia famiglia si rivolge a auto Brema per l'acquisto di auto e nonostante le esigenze nel tempo siano cambiate, ci siamo sempre trovati molto bene. Al di là della gentilezza e della disponibilità, la cosa che più apprezzo è la capacità di consigliare l'auto giusta per le esigenze del cliente. Sono entrata convinta di comprare un suv e sono uscita con una berlina sportiva e a distanza di un paio di mesi dall'acquisto e dopo aver percorso più di 5000 chilometri posso confermare che questa è esattamente l'auto che mi serviva. Consiglio assolutamente la concessionaria! Ottavia
For years my family has been turning to Auto Brema for the purchase of cars and although the needs have changed over time, we have always found ourselves very well. Beyond the kindness and availability, the thing I appreciate most is the ability to recommend the right car for the customer's needs. I entered convinced to buy an SUV and I went out with a sports sedan and after a couple of months from the purchase and after having traveled more than 5000 kilometers I can confirm that this is exactly the car I needed. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ in fase di acquisto il personale che mi ha seguito è stato molto professionale e concentrato sull’ottica del cliente ,tuttavia Sono ancora in attesa di essere contattato per risolvere un problema ad una delle due intelligentkey che non funziona , cosa che avendo le due chiavi unite al momento della consegna non è stata rilevata subito .consiglio di avere più attenzione su un particolare così importante le chiavi!! attendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio di vendita è stato ottimo e soddisfacente per la soluzione raggiunta. L'unico neo riguarda la consegna del veicolo dove per un piccolo inconveniente (sicuramente abbastanza "difficile" da riscontrare anche dal personale preposto al controllo) sono dovuto ritornare in concessionaria per risolvere. Nulla da dire per quanto concerne la soluzione del problema e la rapidità ma mi sarei probabilmente aspettato anche solo un "caffè" omaggio (per rendere l'idea) visto che riportare l'auto mi è "costato" un giorno di ferie nonchè tutti i costi relativi a tempo, benzina e autostrada (arrivando da un altra provincia). Quindi ribadisco non vedo particolari "colpe" in nessuno ma l'imprevisto non dovrebbe mai ricadere completamente sul cliente a mio parere.
Mi riservo comunque di migliorare la recensione.
The sales service was excellent and satisfactory for the solution achieved. The only drawback concerns the delivery of the vehicle where for a small inconvenience (certainly quite "difficult" to be found even by the staff in charge of the control) I had to go back to the dealership to solve. Nothing to say regarding the solution of the problem and the speed but I would probably have expected even just a free "coffee" (to give an idea) since bringing the car back "cost" me a day of vacation as well as all the costs related to time, petrol and motorway (coming from another province). So I repeat I do not see any particular "faults" in anyone but the unexpected should never fall completely on the customer in my opinion.
However, I reserve the right to improve the review.
