Dopo l'ennesimo allagamento quindi, ho chiamato loro. Il titolare (presumo), molto gentile mi ha fissato un appuntamento in giornata nonostante era già pieno di chiamate e poche ore dopo, sono stato raggiunto da un dipendente molto gentile, simpatico e soprattutto molto professionale. Infatti, nel giro si 15 minuti ha capito e finalmente risolto un problema che avevo da anni. Sono rimasto quindi davvero molto soddisfatto. Adesso so chi chiamare quando avrò bisogno di un autospurgo. Ottimo. The owner (I assume), very kind, made me an appointment during the day even though he was already full of calls and a few hours later, I was joined by a very kind, nice and above all very professional employee. In fact, within 15 minutes he understood and finally solved a problem I had had for years. I was therefore very satisfied. Now I know who to call when I need a vacuum cleaner. Great.
