Non pensavo di trovare di fronte persone incompetenti ma soprattutto persone il cui obiettivo è solo quell o di approfittare della fiducia di onesti cittadini. La cattiva educazione, la mancanza di rispetto e di dignità professionale sono le caratteristiche che contraddistinguono questa attività.
 Firm you shouldn't rely on. I was teased for six months. I did not think I would find incompetent people in front of me but above all people whose goal is just that or to take advantage of the trust of honest citizens. Bad education, lack of respect and professional dignity are the characteristics that distinguish this activity.
