If it were still open to the public ..... I was surprised to find the bathrooms still open and clean

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitato vecchia stazione di Aurisina Austriaca,(gita organizzata) dove si nota sul muro una scheggia di bomba sparata dal cannone italiano dai portoni di Grado nella prima guerra mondiale e mangiato al ristorante Franz Josef Stube, mangiare prettamente triestino (austriaco) -ottimo fatto al momento con prezzi giusti e cortesia...nel locale tipico austriaco con ottime birre e dolci buonissimi tipici di Trieste...
Visited the old station of Aurisina Austriaca, (organized tour) where you can see on the wall a bomb splinter fired from the Italian cannon by the Grado gates in the First World War and eaten at the Franz Josef Stube restaurant, eating purely from Trieste (Austria) - excellent done at moment with fair prices and courtesy ... in the typical Austrian restaurant with excellent typical beers and desserts of Trieste ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un grande peccato lasciare una stazione di una tale importanza storica in uno stato di abbandono quasi completo. Aurisina Centro non dovrebbe solo aprire come stazione ferroviaria per Aurisina e dintorni (anche se usata solo dalla Trieste - Lubiana), ma anche come attrazione turistica relativa alla Trieste Asburgica essendo la stazione di Franz Joseph e Sissi
It is a great pity to leave a station of such historical importance in a state of almost complete abandonment. Aurisina Centro should not only open as a railway station for Aurisina and surroundings (even if used only by Trieste - Ljubljana), but also as a tourist attraction related to the Trieste Habsburg being the station of Franz Joseph and Sissi
