Dopo una serie di rinvii di consegna siamo giunti a NOVEMBRE senza avere ulteriori comunicazioni. A fronte di ulteriore sollecito, sempre tramite rivenditore, ci è stato risposto che la consegna è stata spostata al 2022 (senza precisare un periodo specifico)! Conoscevo Auriga come società seria e mi sono affidato a loro per un regalo per mio figlio. Purtroppo mi sono dovuto ricredere. Esperienza e approccio al cliente da incubo: provvederò ad annullare l'ordine per riacquistare il telescopio da altro fornitore :-( I ordered a Celestron SC 203/2032 AVX8 telescope last month of JUNE through a renowned observatory in my area that also resells. After a series of postponements, we arrived in NOVEMBER without further communication. In the face of a further reminder, again via the retailer, we were told that the delivery has been postponed to 2022 (without specifying a specific period)! I knew Auriga as a serious company and I entrusted myself to them as a gift for my son. Unfortunately I had to change my mind. Experience and nightmare customer approach: I will cancel the order to buy back the telescope from another supplier :-(

A distanza di 5 mesi, nessuno si è fatto sentire. I requested assistance for a factory defect, after a few reminders I was told to wait for a communication from their technicians. After 5 months, no one was heard.

Meglio rivolgersi a rivenditori locali che vendono le stesse cose a marchio proprio. Merce disponibile nell'80% dei casi e prezzi che spesso sono più bassi del 30-50% rispetto ai loro....Non ci siamo. !! For heaven's sake .... forget it! Assistance absolutely zero, to be answered the phone you have to pray .... the answer is a luxury. Better to go to local retailers who sell the same things under their own brand. Goods available in 80% of cases and prices that are often 30-50% lower than theirs .... We are not there. !!
