Donc pour mon expérience avec Aureliacar, j'ai commandé 2 pièces dont une qui n'etait pas disponible immédiatement, j'ai été contacté par téléphone pour m'en informer et avec mon accord, l'expédition s'est faite un peu moins d'une semaine plus tard. Lors de la réception des pièces, une, été légèrement défectueuse mais qui gênait en aucun cas le montage. Je les préviens tout de même et le jour même, un remboursement partiel a été effectué. Je pense qu'il faut communiquer et essayer de trouver un terrain d'entente s'il y'a litige, ils ont l'air plutôt arrangeant. Je n'hésiterai pas à passer une nouvelle commande. Il y a environ 15 jours en emmenant mon fils à l'école, au moment où je rejoins la voiture je vois que durant la nuit on m'a volé la coque et le miroir du rétroviseur droit. Albax demandait 180€,Citroën 90 la coque peinte et 30€ le miroir. J'ai donc commandé mes pièces chez aureliacar où j'en ai eu pour 30 € frais de port inclus ! Pièces parfaites, posées par moi même en 1 mn. Envoi rapide et soigné. Très bon acceuil. Encore merci ! Really a very serious brand. Retour à vos frais, lorsque je demande si c’est bien le cas et s’ils comptaient échanger la pièce ou me rembourser j’ai eu droit à un « nous avons seuelement le modèle suivante » même pas d effort sur l ortographe ou dans le détail de la réponse ! Détails des pièces sur le site vraiment pas claires. Bref je ne recommande absolument pas. Deplorable after-sales service. Quick response without bothering to respond properly. Return at your expense, when I ask if this is the case and if they intended to exchange the part or reimburse me I was entitled to a "we only have the following model" no effort even on the spelling or in the detail of the answer! Details of the parts on the site really unclear. In short, I absolutely do not recommend.

I recommend them 100%
