★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la mia non è stata un'esperienza affatto positiva con loro, guardo su Subito.it un'auto che avevano a cui ero interessato, li contatto per chiederli se accettavano permute la risposta è si, fisso un'appuntamento e vado a vedere l'auto che su Subito.it era descritta come in "condizioni eccellenti, da amatore", invece lasciava parecchio a desiderare sia dal punto di vista della carrozzeria che meccanico... ero comunque ancora interessato, ma per la mia auto da permutare (che rispetto alla loro era in perfetto stato) me la valutano manco il 20% del suo effettivo valore. insomma è stato come avere a che fare col classico venditore perditempo privato, da una azienda che usa lo slogan "serietà e cortesia" non me l'aspettavo ecco... ora questa recensione negativa non la lascio per "vendetta" ma piuttosto voglio fargli delle critiche di tipo costruttive:
A) Non scrivete negli annunci che le auto sono "in perfette condizioni" se non lo sono davvero
B) Non fate venire le persone da lontano se non siete interessati davvero alla permuta
C) Non fate parlare l'interessato con un dipendente che non sa nulla su quell'auto in particolare
Unfortunately mine was not a positive experience with them at all, I look at Subito.it a car they had in which I was interested, I contact them to ask them if they accepted barters the answer is yes, I set an appointment and I go to see the 'car that on Subito.it was described as in "excellent condition, as an amateur", instead it left a lot to be desired both in terms of bodywork and mechanics ... I was still interested, but for my car to trade in (which compared to theirs it was in perfect condition), they estimate it to be 20% of its actual value. in short, it was like dealing with the classic private time wasters seller, from a company that uses the slogan "seriousness and courtesy" I did not expect it here ... now this negative review is not for "revenge" but rather I want to give it some constructive criticisms:
A) Do not write in ads that the cars are "in perfect condition" if they really are not
B) Don't let people come from afar if you're not really interested in trade-in
C) Don't let the person talk to an employee who doesn't know anything about that particular car
