★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I parametri di una delle quattro casse sono settati male e la stessa è inutilizzabile. Poco male perché sono riuscito a fare comunque la serata con le tre casse. Peccato però che non mi è stata tolta dal preventivo e l’ho dovuta pagare, dopo che l’ho trasportata, montata, smontata e riposta in auto. Una cosa impensabile. Ho anche mandato una mail prima di cominciare la serata ed ho anche aiutato il tecnico a risolvere il problema di equalizzazione. Lo stesso tecnico che ha ammesso l’errore e che ha detto che la prossima volta deve prestare più attenzione nel consegnare le casse con gli stessi parametri (allo stesso modo con cui ha settato un’unica frequenza per tutte le casse).

The parameters of one of the four boxes are incorrectly set and the same is unusable. Not bad because I managed to make the evening with the three cases anyway. Too bad, however, that it was not taken from my budget and I had to pay it, after I transported, assembled, disassembled it and put it back in the car. Something unthinkable. I also sent an email before starting the evening and I also helped the technician to solve the equalization problem. The same technician who admitted the mistake and who said that next time he must pay more attention to delivering the boxes with the same parameters (in the same way he set a single frequency for all the boxes).
