Dopo qualche settimana li ho richiamati e continuavano a non sapere la data di consegna fino a quando vado a riprendere il tv apposta nel Giorno libero e c’è L avevano nel magazzino... pessimo servizio I brought a TV to repair and they were uncertain from the beginning !! Per il resto sono molto competenti, se c'è una soluzione la trovamo ed il costo è corretto. Consigliato! Available and courteous, the only thing is not accurate in giving the timing! Da inizio agosto cerco di contattarvi per la riparazione urgente di uno schermo di PC. Ho insistito perché il nostro tecnico vi ha raccomandati molto positivamente, ma oggi sono finalmente scesa in Arona (abito a 20 km) e ho trovato chiuso, anche se Google vi dava aperti. Ho scoperto che siete in ferie fino al 23. Se non riesco a risolvere altrimenti, ci riproverò dopo il 23 e magari vi darò più stelle!
