Ho contattato loro per un frigo da 300 euro che un una geossa catena avrei pagato 250. Avwvo bisogno venerdi 26 sono arrivati lunedi' alle 15.30 dopoo chw avevo prenotato la consegna alle 14.00. In piu' si sono rifiutati di smaltire il vecchio frigo perche' aveva le pareti da incasso. Ho pagato 300 euro per nulla. Neanche mi hanbo firmato la garanzia.i signor accomasso e disonesto e scortese. Il tecnic0 che é con lui é gentile e disponibole ma.col suo capo.puo' fare poco. Li denuncero' all'unione consumatori perché non si.puo' assicurare di portare un frigo di sottomarca (beko) non di alta gamma e poi rifiutare il servizio di ritiro pattuito
A real disappointment
I contacted them for a 300 euro fridge which I would have paid 250 for a large chain. I needed Friday 26 they arrived at 3.30 pm after which I had booked delivery at 2.00 pm. In addition, they refused to dispose of the old fridge because it had recessed walls. I paid 300 euros for nothing. I have not even signed the guarantee. Mister I walk away and dishonest and rude. The technician who is with him is kind and helpful but with his boss, he can do little. I will denounce them to the consumer union because they cannot be sure to bring a non-high-end sub-brand (beko) fridge and then refuse the agreed collection service
