Non quando un prodotto ha un problema, come si pensa in genere.
No, il cliente lo perdi quando di fronte al problema (che può benissimo capitare) non gli dai assistenza.
Ecco, se mai ci fosse necessità di ulteriore conferma della grandissima Professionalità e disponibilità di Audio Graffiti e di TUTTO il suo Team, ribaltate la frase qui sopra e scoprirete che vale la pena di fare anche 380 km per arrivare a Pandino e poi tornare a casa FELICI, perché l'assistenza e sopratutto una sempre generosa e concreta (anche in termini economici, reperibilità telefonica, tempo, soluzioni perfino fuori garanzia) disponibilità non vi mancherà mai. E tanto più apprezzata perché, nel mio caso, non si parlava certo di impianti esoterici, anzi...
Davvero, bravi, ma che dico, bravi? Eccezionali !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there from Milan , but I don't regret. I spent there a lot of time trying my old equipment with different speakers , but we tried also my old speakers with differents amplifires. At the end we chose this option .They have a large choice in between new products and a lot of used products from others client. But also these comes with a guarantee. They also got back my old amplifier. it's worth to take a look....
