★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato a provare un audi q4 elettrica la prova doveva durare 20 min e invece mi hanno fatto fare un giro di soli 10 scarsi , avevo preso appuntamento con un venditore per le ore 9:40 e invece alle 10 erano ancora tutti impegnati, alle 10:05 sono andato via senza preventivo, poco professionali ,le auto sono sicuramente molto belle ma bisogna saperle vendere
I went to try an electric audi q4 the test was supposed to last 20 min and instead they made me do a lap of only 10 scarce, I had made an appointment with a salesman for 9:40 and instead at 10 they were still all busy, at 10 : 05 I left without a quote, unprofessional, the cars are certainly very beautiful but you have to know how to sell them

Molto gentili e cortesi per finalizzare le vendite, una volta pagato il cliente non esiste più.
Qualità Audi in crollo verticale...
Nella foto potete vedere la mia auto con il cavo del carro attrezzi che la sta per rimorchiare.
Rottura del cambio dopo 100.000 km (dicevamo qualità Aud!!?!), riparazione dal costo superiore ai 2000€...
Il service é stato disponibile, veloce ed efficiente a riparare la macchina.
Potete immaginare che ho contattato il commerciale che me l'ha venduta per qualche chiarimento, che invece non risponde al telefono, e non richiama.
Per farvi capire quanto il cliente conta una volta che ha pagato, zoommate pure sulla foto e notate che la mia auto non ha i fendinebbia... (mi spiego, uno compra un'Audi e non ha i fendinebbia!!!!) perché all'ordine "pensavano che avessi messo i fari led". Ovviamente di fare qualcosa per riparare all'errore non se ne é mai parlato...

Gearbox failure after 100,000 km (we said Aud quality !!?!), Repair costing over € 2000 ...
The service was available, fast and efficient to repair the machine.
You can imagine that I contacted the salesperson who sold it to me for some clarification, who instead does not answer the phone, and does not call back.
To make you understand how much the customer counts once he has paid, zoom in on the photo and note that my car does not have the fog lights ... (I mean, one buys an Audi and does not have the fog lights !!!!) because to the order "they thought I had put the led lights". Obviously we never talked about doing something to fix the mistake ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se acquistare una macchina deve essere un piacere evitate questa concessionaria, macchina acquistata per mia moglie noto che l'indirizzo sul libretto è sbagliato, chiedo la correzione chiedendo di avvisarmi quando pronto in quanto all'indirizzo di residenza sono in corso lavori di ristrutturazione. Dopo settimane senza sentire nessuno chiamo e mi dicono che il libretto è stato spedito... Ora nella speranza che la posta non lo perda passeranno settimane prima di poter ciroclare con i documenti in regola. Alle mie rimostranze mi viene risposto di rivolgermi all'agenzia di pratiche auto scelta dalla concessionaria in quanto trattasi di loro errore.
La magia del nuovo acquisto svanita dallo rabbia della poca attenzione data al cliente e dal disservizio di non poco conto. Da evitare.

To my grievances, I am told to contact the car practice agency chosen by the dealership as this is their error.
The magic of the new purchase vanished from the anger of the lack of attention given to the customer and the not insignificant disservice. To be avoided.
