Ci è stato consegnato un prodotto importato, che non era stato dichiarato come tale; poichè si è rotta molto presto l'azienda è stata restia a dare assistenza; dopo insistenze, la ritirano e ce la riconsegnano NON IMBALLATA e malconcia, abbozzata e pesantemente rovinata (la planetaria durante il trasporto è evidentemente caduta di lato, sulle sue stesse leve; non essendo imballata si sono deformate le leve, disassato il motore, insomma un disastro. Non abbiamo accettato la consegna date le condizioni e la seconda volta è stata peggio della prima). La cosa peggiore è stata la scarsissima qualità dell'assistenza clienti, oltre a non aver risolto il problema. Non acquisteremo mai più NULLA da questa ditta e li sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque desideri un minimo di affidabilità e qualità. BEWARE Purchased AMITEK professional planetary mixer. We were given an imported product, which had not been declared as such; as it broke very early the company was reluctant to give assistance; after insistence, they pick it up and return it to us UNPACKED and battered, sketched and heavily damaged (during delivery the planetary mixer evidently fell to the side, on its levers; as it was not packed, the levers were deformed, the engine misaligned, in short, a disaster. We did not accept the delivery given the conditions and the second time was worse than the first). The worst was the very poor quality of customer support, as well as not having solved the problem. We will never purchase ANYTHING from this company again and I strongly advise against anyone who wants a minimum of reliability and quality.

La cosa peggiore è che si rifiutano di cambiare gli articoli difettosi e disattendono le norme della garanzia. Io mi sono dovuta rivolgere ad un avvocato e comprare un nuovo frigo dopo neanche 6 mesi che ne ho comprati due da loro . SCONSIGLIATO NOT RECOMMENDED Bad assistance. Products that pretend to be professional but in reality they are Chinese that after a while they no longer work. Worst of all, they refuse to exchange defective items and breach the warranty policy. I had to go to a lawyer and buy a new fridge after less than 6 months that I bought two from them. NOT RECOMMENDED
