★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato durante le vacanze natalizie un prodotto alla Fonderia Innocenti perché non riuscivo a trovarlo né ad ordinarlo nei negozi fisici della mia provincia.
In pochissimi giorni, dopo la conferma immediata della disponibilità dello stesso, siamo riusciti a riceverlo senza alcun problema di spedizione (nonostante le restrizioni dovute all'emergenza sanitaria e il recapito in Sicilia). Mi ritengo molto soddisfatta del servizio avuto, frutto di attenzione e professionalità.

non ero riuscito a trovare un rubinetto bronzato (snodato) per il lavandino in giardino così da dovermi dirottare su un acquisto on-Line, tramite la ditta Fonderia Innocenti.
Attraverso la piattaforma Whatsapp, abbiamo gestito l'operazione con personale cordiale e professionale che ha risposto a tutte le mie domande.
Una volta eseguito il bonifico, in 3 giorni, ho ricevuto il rubinetto (corriere BRT)...
