Do solo tre stelle perché ci voleva più di due mesi per cambiare il motore di un impastatore/planetaria. Only place in Venice for the repair of small appliances. Il tecnico (arrivato circa un mese dopo la chiamata) ha deciso che bisognava cambiarla, senza controllare che fosse collegata. Dopo alcuni mesi, è risultato che la scheda non era più in produzione, e quindi il frigorifero non era riparabile (ma 60€ per l'uscita se li sono fatti pagare). Seguendo il suggerimento di un conoscente, domenica ho aperto la parte alta dello sportello, ho ispezionato il cavetto ed ho trovato 4 fili tranciati. Li ho saldati ed ora il frigo funziona benissimo. Con tutto ciò, hanno fatto la diagnosi sbagliata, non mi hanno risolto il problema, e non mi rimborsano i 60€. Morale: Se li conosci, li eviti! The technician (who arrived about a month after the call) decided that he had to change it, without checking that it was connected. After a few months, it turned out that the card was no longer in production, and therefore the refrigerator was not repairable (but € 60 for the release if they were paid for). Following the suggestion of an acquaintance, on Sunday I opened the upper part of the door, I inspected the cable and found 4 sliced wires. I paid them off and now the fridge works great. With all this, they made the wrong diagnosis, they did not solve the problem for me, and I do not reimburse € 60. Moral: If you know them, avoid them!
